Ordinary People's Theatre - Emma Sheehan
The Temple by E.F Benson
Something a little spooky for ya..
The Temple by was written in 1924 by English novelist and short story writer.
An unnamed Narrator, who's a writer, and her pal who's an archaeologist, tip up in the village of St Caradoc's for a quite little holiday. They stumble across a vacant cottage; they rent it so as to avoid the hotel crowds; they discover it stands in the centre of something very unexpected!
Expect melodramatic hysteria and a couple of the barmy curses Benson specialized in.
